Acceptance

Offer: Access to CarryLogic as distributed on the App Store for iOS (bundle identifier com.hostlane.prepflow)
Acceptance: By using CarryLogic you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
Updates: Installing an update is acceptance of the terms published with that version's store listing when the listing points at this URL.

What the product is

CarryLogic provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. It is a local-first application: it should remain useful without an operator-run account system unless a later store version clearly adds one.

Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Harassment, infringement, and attempts to disrupt Apple platform services are out of scope for permitted use.

Privacy

Availability

CarryLogic depends on your device, OS version and Apple's storefront. We do not promise that every feature exists on every device in iOS.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Melati Kusuma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Indonesia.

General

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the full agreement for use of CarryLogic unless a signed writing says otherwise. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
